Schedule

'Our great need in training is for relaxation liberation of movement and enough scope to express our innate genius for originality,  invention, lyricism and even eccentricity. Being naturally self disciplined we do not need the super-imposed discipline and the first duty of any teacher is to awaken this knowledge in the pupil ' Audrey de Vos

I feel it is crucial that each class is carefully balanced,  co-ordinated and connected. At the end of each day we will always summarise what we have learnt, what we could do better and what we wish to achieve the following day. We also have a moment of thankfulness to enable the students to be mindful in their approach to all their actions every day.

Students can come for one or two weeks, with a visit  by Fernando Montano an incredible dancer from The Royal Ballet of London,

Doreen suggests that due to the intensity of the exercises and the depth of the understanding needed to establish good habits,  students are advised to stay for the full two weeks to gain maximum benefit.
